Shipping Processing Time

Order processing times can vary but are generally processed within 1-2 business days when purchased from our shop. Custom Orders may take longer to process as parts may have to be ordered which can take up to 2 weeks to receive. Orders can be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days but you will be notified. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Free shipping worldwide on all orders. UK orders will be send via Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery Before 1PM. International orders will be sent via UPS or DHL.

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

www.roowatches.co.uk is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
